Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, formerly known as Dynamics NAV, is designed to fit the way the modern user works, offering a wealth of new functionality. <\/span><\/p>\n An upgrade to Dynamics 365 BC has been desired since the appearance of this version and thanks to<\/span> the new licensing mode<\/b>,<\/span> which allowed the transformation of competing users from the license into a<\/span> triple<\/b> number<\/span> of nominal users, a licensing mode much more suitable for the Riviera Bike company. <\/span><\/p>\n However, this was only really possible in the summer of 2020 only after a careful analysis of the risks and implications that existed, considering that Riviera Bike wanted <\/span>keeping all developments and data history<\/b> <\/span>from the old Dynamics NAV 2017 database and <\/span>in the new version of<\/span><\/b> DynamicsBC.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n The real success of an upgrade also depends on a simulation of the GO-LIVE moment in conditions as similar as possible to the Live environment, something well known by the Support Soft team and successfully applied to this upgrade to Dynamics 365 BC.<\/p>\n The upgrade to Business Central was therefore a success, with more users being able to log in simultaneously in the system, being already familiar with the ERP Dynamics system, workflows becoming much more efficient and business relations with partners improving significantly due to the speed work, customized automations and advanced parameterizations.
